July 15, 2017 Workout

I got back in the gym to do some Olympic lifting yesterday. I’ve started coaching someone, and between that and work I haven’t really had time to do snatches or clean & jerks for awhile. I did a short every-minute-on-the-minute of snatches and…whew…my conditioning needs work. Bleah …time for burpees I guess.
